Eligible Entrants:

Entry is only open to Sydney residents who are 18 years and over.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period visit Property Appraisal Campaign, fully complete and submit the online form with their personal details, organise time to have the property appraised for either Rent or Sale, and have the property appraised by our agents.

Entries Permitted:

Only one (1) eligible entry per property will be accepted. By completing the property appraisal process, the entrant will receive one (1) giveaway prize per property. Bring your other properties to receive one (1) extra giveaway prize per property. Please discuss your circumstances with our experience agents.

Exclusions:

Lottery ticket will not be mailed out. Properties outside the Sydney area may not be eligible, please contact our friendly agents to discuss your circumstances.

Giveaway Prize:

One (1) Scratch-Its ticket will be randomly provided per eligible property appraisal with nominal value between $1 to $10.
